How to change gmail password

The steps to change password in gmail account.

Difficulty: Easy

Instructions

1. Go to www.gmail.com

2. You will find in right hand side boxes for username and password
   enter your login name and password over there.

3. Now after logging in right top corner there is link for 'Settings' click on it that will open settings panel (u will find there General, Accounts, Labels etc).

4. In that click on second tab 'Accounts' will open 'Accounts' tab in that click on -->'Google Account Settings'(4th in vertical order).

5. This will open one window containing Personal information. There is link for change password. Click on it

6. Then put your current password and then new password and then click on 'Save' button.

on 12/27/2008 I was not able to find the place where to change my password in gmail account. I searched the google.com and there find your article how to change google gmail account password. Thanks for this helful tips.
