How to Make Homemade Orange Creamsicles

Make your own orange creamsicles for a cool treat the kids will love.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • one pint vanilla ice cream
  • one 6-ounce can (3/4 cup) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • large mixing bowl
  • 12 three-oz. waxed paper drink cups
  • 12 wooden sticks
  1. Step 1

    In large mixing bowl, combine ice cream, orange juice concentrate and egg with electric mixer.

  2. Step 2

    Gradually add milk, beating constantly.

  3. Step 3

    Pour about 1/3 cup of mixture into each of the 3 oz. waxed paper drink cups.

  4. Step 4

    Place cups on a tray in freezer. When partially frozen, insert wooden sticks.

  5. Step 5

    To serve, after solidly frozen, peel off paper.
