on 7/25/2008 It was great... Easy to make, and delicious. BUT, I would recommend 1/16 tsp of nutmeg, as it was a little overwhelming. I will defintitly be making it again for my family.

on 6/27/2008 The recipe for lowfat Alfredo sauce looks very good. I was wondering if I could double that recipe. And if so what amount of flour would I use, because I don't want it to be too pasty. thanks
