If your planning on making eggnog this year try this version for the riches possible taste.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 pound of Powdered Sugar
  • 1 bottle of Bourbon
  • 12 Eggs
  • 2 Quarts of Heavy Cream
  1. Step 1

    Mix together 1 pound of powdered sugar with 1 bottle of Bourbon. Let the mixture stand for 2 hours.

  2. Step 2

    Separate the yolks and whites from your twelve eggs. Beat the yolks to a froth while adding the sweetened whiskey slowly. Let the mixture stand another 2 hours.

  3. Step 3

    Then whip your 2 quarts of Heavy Cream until it is stiff. Then whip the egg whites.

  4. Step 4

    Fold both of these separately into your whiskey mixture and let chill before serving. This is one of the richest of all eggnogs and it it is called Pendennis eggnog.
