How to make an Omelette Pasta

Many times there are leftovers from Pasta and the best way to use this pasta is by making a delicious Omelette.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Leftover Pasta with tomato sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Milk
  • Eggs
  • salt, Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive Oil
  1. Step 1

    Take the Pasta with tomato sauce and cut it into small pieces. Then mix enough eggs with the Milk, salt, pepper, a little Parmesan cheese and add the pasta. Mix well

  2. Step 2

    In a frying pan put a little Olive Oil, heat it and put the pasta with mixed eggs.
    Make the Omelette as you use to.

  3. Step 3

    Serve with a toast and enjoy.
    It is different, it is very good, it is gourmet.

Tips & Warnings
  • Add enough eggs to the Pasta, so the Omelette wont be too dry or too juicy.
