Things You'll Need:
- Thermal mask for cleansing the pores
- Exfoliating Mask
- Moisturizer
-
Step 1
Invest in a good thermal mask that you can buy at a fine department store. Thermal masks heat up therefore allowing the pores to open up for better cleansing. These are good for all skin types.
-
Step 2
Also, invest in a good exfoliating mask too. There are good ones out there that act like a very mild microdermabrasion. Look for ones that contain salicylic acid and/or glucosamine as ingredients. These tend to be more gentle on the skin.
-
Step 3
Wash your face and remove all makeup before applying masks. First apply the thermal mask evenly over your face and adhere to the specific time recommendation on the packaging. Usually, you would only need to leave it on for a few minutes, between one to five.
-
Step 4
Gently remove mask according to directions on the box. Some require a light scrubbing while others do not. Follow the instructions precisely.
