How to make a "Serrano Ham and Manchego Cheese Plate"

A great ham and cheese platter great for any holiday or party...

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 (1-pound) piece manchego cheese
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced serrano ham
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  1. Step 1

    Slice manchego into thin pieces, about the same size as the ham.

  2. Step 2

    Cut both the serrano and manchego into preferred sized pieces.

  3. Step 3

    Using the serrano and manchego, arrange the slices nicely around the plate. Can be assembled up to this point a day ahead and refrigerated overnight. (Be sure to bring to room temperature before serving though.)

  4. Step 4

    Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive oil and sprinkle with pepper

  5. Step 5
     

    Serve

Tips & Warnings
  • Buying the ham AND cheese already sliced could save you time and effort.
