Have problems with those gross little black and white heads all over your nose? well heres a few tips for ya!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • very warm water
  • wash cloth
  • biore nose strips
  • cleanser

Step1
first off, you want to wet the wash cloth with hot water, as hot as you can stand it, DON'T BURN YOURSELF THOUGH!! Hold the wash cloth to your face..this will help to open your pores. Hold it for about a minute then remove
Step2
after your face is dry, open the pore strip package and apply to nose as directions tell you. usually you just have to peel off one side of the tape and apply across the bridge of your nose. some of the strips you have to wet them directly, some you have to wet your nose, let it dry on your nose for about 10 minutes
Step3
after strip is completely hard and dry, pull of slowly and you should see all the gross little black and white heads that just didn't have the chance stuck to the sticky part! It wont get every single one, but it definitely, I would repeat about once a week, but not too much more.

Tips & Warnings

  • Avoid moisturize. If you must use a moisturize, use one that is oil-free and does not clog pores.
  • Wash your face morning and night, and in between if working out. And use face wash. “Regular soap doesn’t remove enough sebum,”
  • Exfoliate but only in the evening. When you exfoliate, you’re removing the top layer of the protective skin, so if you do it in the day you may get dark spots on the skin from sun exposure.
  • If you have a tendency to get blackheads, avoid cosmetics with moisturize lubrication
  • No matter what, do not attempt to squeeze them out. It’s a bad habit that can lead to infections, darker spots (post inflammatory pigmentation) and holes in the skin!!
