Step 1
Head to downtown Greenville. Interstate 385 feeds directly in to the city center.

Stroll down Main Street, stopping in shops along the way.

Grab a bite to eat at one of the man local restaurants in the area. Long-time favorites include Soby’s, Restaurant O, Trio and Sassafras.

Satisfy your sweet tooth at Coffee Underground, Spill the Beans or Marble Slab.

Walk to the West End and stroll through Falls Park. Here you will see the Liberty Bridge which allows people to walk over the Reedy River. The bridge is the only curved, cantilevered pedestrian suspension bridge in the United States and offers an amazing view of the falls.

Step 6
Further up the river is Arts Crossing, a row of studios featuring local artists. Feel free to walk in each studio, meet the artists, and view their work.

Take in a show at the Peace Center for the Performing Arts, the Warehouse Theater, CentreStage or the Greenville Little Theater.

Learn about local and state history at the Upcountry History Museum, a recent addition to Greenville as of 2007.

Step 9
During the summer take in a baseball game at the West End Stadium and cheer on the Greenville Drive. Near the stadium stands the former home of famous baseball player “Shoeless” Joe Jackson. Local leaders are working to turn the home into a museum honoring Jackson.

Step 10
Ride the free trolley around downtown.On the weekends, hop on the free trolley for a ride up and down Main Street.

Ride a horse-drawn carriage through the streets of downtown. The carriage is in operations most weekends throughout the year.
