Lose weight your own way whatever for you it takes to do it. Do what you love and used to do than jumping to a new kind of diet in which your body is against it. As if, you are desperate to lose weight but your body is not accepting it. Follow the one you love regardless of the results. My own way is simple. I only eat corn grits and seafood with green leafy vegetables. I eat something else for snacks but my heavy meals are seafood and vegetables everyday no skip. I am not into diet thing but this is the way I am used to since I learned how to eat. And I am loving it. About you, go for what make you happy but make it sure that you will reduce some pounds in doing so. Many diet pills and weight loss in the markets so if you think it is good to try then why not. But the important is that you are happy of the results even if you just lose a few pounds a week.
