Make 3-Ingredient Artichoke Dip

Learn how to make a quick and easy artichoke dip that'll be a hit at any party or gathering!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 can artichoke hearts (whole or not, you'll be chopping them up).
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (powdered, not the refrigerated kind).
  1. Step 1
     

    Drain and chop artichokes into roughly 1/2" in by 1/2" in slices until you have one cup worth.

  2. Step 2

    Combine in casserole dish with one cup of mayonnaise and one cup of grated parmesan cheese.

  3. Step 3
     

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned on top. Serve with Wheat Thins or crackers of your choice.
