Exercise machines can cost hundreds of dollars, unless you buy a Jump Rope. When we were children we used to get a lot of exercise with ropes. We didn’t realize at that time that it was an exercise machine, it was fun and we did it because we liked it. What happened? We grew up and we forget about it and we did not think about it. But the best thing is that you can do it again if your doctor gives you the approval.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Jump Rope
  • Sport Shoes
  • Fitness Pants or shorts
  • Water bottle
  • Small Space for jumping

Step1
Get ready for fun.
Start a little step at a time. Do not try to start jumping a lot the first day.
You will get sweaty very soon.
Step2
Start jumping. Try it until you do it. Make a goal like 5 times or 10 times.
Step3
Increase your goal to 15 or 20 times or until you get comfortable.
Step4
Stop and drink water. Relax, take your time. Jumping will make you sweat fast.

Tips & Warnings

  • You are doing it again. Playing with a rope it is easy, fun, cheap, and you can do it inside or outside and all you need is a small Space.
  • Have fun and do not forget to ASK your doctor first. Like running, jumping with a Rope is an exercise that your body has to be aloud to do and can make you sweat a lot. Drink WATER!
