How to Make a Horse's Neck Cocktail

Things You'll Need:

• Bourbon
• Angostura bitters
• Ginger ale
• Spiral lemon peel (optional)
• Collins glass (optional)
• Ice

1. Add ice to your collins glass (a common rocks glass will do fine, though), along with 2 ounces of bourbon and 2 to 3 dashes of Angostura bitters.
