Think of five things that you do a lot during your day at home. For example, I watch television, work on my computer, drive, eat, and sleep.
Step2
Give each one of those activities numbers. It can be any number you want. Let's say television 12, computer 5, drive 3, eat 8, & sleep 15.
Step3
Every time you go to do one of those activities you must do sit ups before you do them.
Step4
The numbers correspond with how many sit ups you have to do before you can do the activity. So if I wanted to go watch television I would have to do 12 sit ups before I could turn the television on to watch it.
