Things You'll Need:
- 1 loaf party rye bread
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, chopped
- approx 1-2 lbs. swiss or jack cheese (shredded)

Step 1
Step one in making artichoke puffs with this recipe is to place bread slices on a cookie sheet and toast on one side only (easiest to put in oven on broil, watch closely as the will toast quickly).
