Download and install TCPMP media player from the following site:

Download and Install the 'Flash Video Bundle' from the following site:
http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/attachments/ppc-6800-xv6800/11172d1186073418-full-youtube-access-flashvideobundle.zip
You might have to sign up for an account.

Do a soft-reset on your PDA device.

Navigate to YouTube on your Pocket IE. You should then be able to launch TCPMP to view any available video.

This works best on a Wifi connection for your PDA.
This is data intensive, so make sure you have an unlimited data plan for your cellphone PDA.
