Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Location. Assuming you're going to be hung-over, you don't want to travel far. Stay in your neighborhood. The last place you want to be when your head is pounding is in the back of a foul-smelling cab.
Step2
Food. The food has to be good. This may seem like a no-brainer but even some nice-looking places serve crappy food that might just push you over the edge and send you into the bathroom for hours. If you don't know where to go consult a restaurant guide or website.
Step3
Unlimited Drinking. If ever there's an acceptable time to throw back drinks in the afternoon, this is it. Take advantage of it. Many places offer unlimited cocktails at brunch for a small fee.
Step4
Plan Ahead. If the place is popular, you might want to make a reservation. Nothing's worse than realizing all the good places are taken and ending up in some over-priced diner.
Step5
If you're at a loss of places to go, one of my personal favorites is the Film Center Cafe. The have nice, comfortable booths, great food, and unlimited drinks. Wherever you go, bottoms up!
