How to Create Easy Ham, Cheese and Potatoes

Whether it's made from leftovers or from scratch, this easy one-dish meal is a family favorite.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups Colby or cheddr cheese
  • 1/2 small chopped onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • Rectangle shaped pan
  1. Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 375. Mix the ham, cheese, mashed potatoes, eggs, onion, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic until blended.

  2. Step 2

    Pour the mixture into a rectangle-shaped pan.

  3. Step 3

    Bake the mixture for 50 minutes on 375.

  4. Step 4

    Remove the dish from the oven and let it stand for 5-10 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Cut the ham, cheese, and potatoes into squares, serve, and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you're not sure the dish is done, insert the blade of a knife into the center. If it comes out clean, it's done.
