The Giant & the Beanstalk
Recreated By Heath Wallace
Step2
Hello my name is, The Giant. I just got out of the hospital, you might ask, "why were you in the hospital?" Well I'll tell you why.
Step3
One day I was feeling kind of hungry, so I went out to hunt for some food. I was out all day and didn't catch a thing. So I decided to go back home for a nap. Well when I got home I smelled something funny, it smelled like the blood of an Englishman. I asked my wife about it and she said, "You must be crazy, you think I would let one of those little things come in without me knowing, I don't think so."
Step4
I told her I thought that she was lying, and she hit me, I hit her back to show her I was no "sucka," and then we started boxing, she got me on the floor and was stomping me. She always wins. I was just about to get up to take my nap, when I heard a little voice, it sounded like laughing. I listened a little closer, he was making fun of how I got beat down by my wife.
Step5
I listened a little closer, I could only make out a few words, but it sounded like, "you wuss, you can't even stand up to your wife, how can you call yourself a giant, I'm tellin the guys."
"No please don't tell the guys, I'll do anything, just don't tell the guys!"
"Okay, I won't tell, but you have to give me all the gold you have, and I want it by tomorrow or else, you'll die in two days!"
"But I don't have any gold."
"Don't lie to me, I want it by tomorrow or else!"
Step6
He went home. That night I got no sleep. I was looking for a way to avoid giving him money, I couldn't think of anyway. So when he came again, I just told him that I looked all night and didn't find any. I asked him if I was still going to die. He told me, if I give it to him tomorrow, I might survive. It was no way that I was giving him any of my money, so I followed him home that night. I saw him go down this long beanstalk, it was at least 2000 feet high. I was scared of heights, but I was determined to see where he was going, so I went anyway, I lost my balance and fell. That's why I'm in the hospital now, but don't worry, I'll be out in a few months, and I'll be hot on his trail again!!
