How to make a pinata

Pinatas can be very expensive to buy but they are simple to make

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• newspaper
• ballons the shape you want
• flour
• water
• construction paper
• glue

1. cut newspaper into a bunch of stripes. Blow up the balloon and mix the flour and water together to make a paste. Make sure it feels like glue.
2. Place the newspaper stripes on the balloon after you wet them with the paste. Put 4 to 5 layers of newspaper on the balloon. Set somewhere to dry for 3 days after day one pop the balloon with a small needle.
3. After it has dried use the construction paper or whatever you choose to decorate the balloon with. Cut a hole in the bottom of the balloon ad put the candy or toys in it. cover it with tape then decorate that area.

Tips & Warnings

• You can make a pinata stick with a roll of wrapping paper the same exact way.
