Make a list what you enjoy to do most outdoors. Do these things more often. It might be going out with friends, going to fitness class, swimming, playing some sport or traveling.

Religious people are more inspired for life than the rest of the world. Pay more attention to your religious habits. You will be amazed what great results praying and reading the Bible can do for you.

Step 3
Keep yourself active. All the bodies are inclined to take as much rest as possible. People who succeed and go on with inspiration are the active people. Make one step further today: read one more page of the book you are reading, help someone.

Step 4
"Seek and you will find." Jesus Christ showed us the best way to live our life. Always ask yourself when do you want to see yourself in one year and work on it. You may always find information, support and people to be next to you, when you are certain what you really want to do.

Step 5
Look at the life as this is a God's gift to you to do whatever you want to in this world. Make your choice what you can use your life for.

Step 6
Do at least one thing you planned to do today. You will sleep better in the evening, when you feel content from yourself. Live tomorrow's worries for tomorrow.
