Ogreten is coming from Europe. It is nice dish good for lunch or dinner. Another good dish for the potato lovers. Enjoy

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 10-12 potatoes
  • smoked cheese
  • smoked sausage or meat
  • 10 pickles
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • 3 soup spoons flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  1. Step 1

    Boil and peel the potatoes. Slice them in small cubs. You may shread them or smash them. Place them in a baking dish with salt, black pepper and oil.

  2. Step 2

    Slice the meat, the cheese and the pickles too. Cover the potato mix with them.

  3. Step 3

    Mix the eggs, add them to the milk. Pour the milk and the eggs in the flour. Mix them well. Add them like a cover layer in the bakind dish.
    Bake it for about 30 minutes.

Tips & Warnings
  • You may mix the potato mix with the oil, salt and spices, with the cheese, pickles and meat together and place them in the baking dish. Add the flour, milk and eggs and bake.
  • You can make the ogreten without the meat, if you donl't like meat dishes.

on 12/4/2007 Recipe looks kind of like spuds au gratin, which means, potatoes with cheese ... Your spelling, and presentation, makes understanding difficult for the reader.
