Things You'll Need:
- 3 eggs
- 1 teacup of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teacup sugar
- 2 teacups flour
- Olive oil

Beat the eggs and add them with the baking soda to the yogurt.

Pour this mixture into the bowl of flour. Add the sugar. You can also add cinnamon to taste, if you like. Brown sugar can be an alternative to white sugar.

Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Shape the flour into small balls. Fry them in a deep fryer or in a pan until golden brown. Bonne appetit!
