Things You'll Need:
- Pound Cake, warm, fresh out of the oven
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. orange peel
- 1 to 2 Tbs. orange juice

Poke several holes in warm pound cake.

Mix powdered sugar, orange peel and orange juice until well mixed. Mixture should be slightly thin. Add more orange juice as necessary to make about the consistency of pancake batter.

Pour the powdered sugar/orange mix onto the cake, into the holes, allowing it to soak into the cake.

Let the cake cool until dessert time! The sugar makes a nice light crunch on top, and the juice soaks throughout the cake--it's absolutely delicious!!
