How to Make Your Own Hair Clip Organizer

When they aren't in her hair, keep clips organized on a ribbon.

Little girls like to have a variety of hair clips, but these accessories can get jumbled up in a pile. When that happens, your daughter may not be able to find the clip she wants to wear. You can make a simple hair clip organizer to eliminate the mess on the top of her dresser and allow her to locate the clips she needs to go with her outfit.

Things You'll Need

• 1-inch wide grosgrain ribbon
• Foam mounting tape
• Key rings
• Circle paper punch or scissors
• Card stock
• Glue

1. Cut about 9 to 10 inches of ribbon.

2. Secure the ribbon around the key ring with foam mounting tape.

3. Use word processing software to create a name tag for the end of the hair clip organizer. Print the tag out on heavy card stock. Use a punch or scissors to cut it to a good shape and size.

4. Glue the name tag on the opposite end of the ribbon from the key ring.

5. Place the key ring over a picture hook, peg or nail to hang the ribbon hair clip holder.
