  • Word processing software

Homemade Hair Clip Organizer

Step1
Foam mounting tape, ribbon and key rings are all essential to this project. Cut about 9 to 10 inches of ribbon. The ribbon I use is normally 1-inch wide to hold barrettes that are 1-inch wide.
Step2
Here is what the ribbon secured around the key ring should look like. Use the foam mounting tape to secure the ribbon around the key ring.
Step3
Here is an example of an oval shape with a name glued in the middle. Once the ribbon is secure around the key ring, you can begin using your word processing software to create an oval shape or any shape you like for the end of the hair clip organizer. With this word processing software, you can also use the art toolbar to write out a name in the color you like to tack on to the oval shape. I used a glue stick on the backside of the name I made.
Step4
Here is the completed homemade hair clip organizer. Take pride in your finished project as you will have your own homemade hair clip organizer for your daughter's hair clips or your own. This can be placed on a nail in the wall or someplace in a bathroom.

Tips & Warnings
