Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Water
  • Lemon peel
  • Laurel leaves
  • Sugar (optional)
  • Chamomile tea bag (optional)
  1. Step 1
     

    Boil a little over 1 cup of water with 4 to 5 laurel leaves

  2. Step 2
     

    Grate the peel of 1 to 2 whole lemons into boiling water. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Step 3
     

    Seep and pour into cup and let cool. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of sugar (optional). Add chamomile (optional).

Tips & Warnings
  • Dry laurel leaves are the best to use for this tea.
  • Do not eat laurel leaves or lemon peel.
