Do you want to try a different way of creating your beef vegetable stew? Here is a recipe I'd like to share for making beef vegetable stew the easy way.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • beef stew meat
  • canned veggies (one of each or whatever you prefer)
  • canned potatoes or real cut potatoes
  • beef broth
  • can of stewed tomatoes
  • onion
  • beef stew seasoning
  • salt/pepper
  • other optional seasonings you may prefer
  1. Step 1

Cook the beef stew meat. Put a little cooking oil in a skillet and add the uncooked beef. Cook on medium-high until brown and cooked thoroughly.

  2. Step 2

Prepare stew. While the meat is cooking use a large pan to combine all your vegetables, stewed tomatoes and potatoes.

  3. Step 3

Add the broth. Depending on the amount you are making, if it is a rather large pan of stew, start with 1 cup of broth. Then keep tasting and adding more broth until it's the desired taste you want.

  4. Step 4

When the stew meat is done, drain any grease off. Now add a small amount of water to the skillet and pour seasoning over meat.

  5. Step 5

After seasoning is added, add the meat to the pan of vegetables. Stir well and salt and pepper if you prefer. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for about ten minutes--and you're ready to eat!

Tips & Warnings
  • All seasonings are optional, you can use what you like.
  • Use a crockpot instead of a small pan if you don't want to eat the stew right away.
