Things You'll Need:
- Grape or Strawberry Jam
- ¾ cup all purpose flour, sifted
- ¾ tsp. salt
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky
- ½ stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbs. vanilla
- 1 tbs. honey

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a bowl, whisk together all of your dry ingredients. In a second bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until smooth, adding the egg, honey and vanilla gradually. Finally, mix in dry ingredients until fully blended.

Using a tablespoon, drop cookie dough by the spoonful onto a lightly greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Press the cookie down slightly, making an indentation with your thumb in the center. Bake for 8-10 minutes then take the cookies out.

Working quickly, carefully drop of ¼ tsp of jam into the indentations, then bake approximately 5-7 minutes longer or until golden.
