Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Step1
Treat each child individually. It is important each child is recognised as a separate person with their own feelings and thoughts as well as likes and dislikes.
Step2
Make routine and stick to it. Large families can only thrive with a finely run routine. It makes everything run very smooth.
Step3
Take time each day for each child, even if it is just ten minuets. Spending one on one personal time with everyone ensures that if there is anything private they have on their mind they are able to discuss it with you. It also allows for them to feel a closer relationship with you.
Step4
Enforce the same rules for everyone. Make sure that every child in the house is going by the same set of rules. There can be no favorite children or anyone who receives preferential treatment or havoc ensues.
