You can never get enough of the classic Oreo cookie, and an Oreo milkshake is a great treat for a hot day. It's also a low-fuss treat after dinner if you have a sweet tooth. You can cheat by using cookies-and-cream ice cream but it's more fun to crush the cookies yourself (and maybe sneak a few to eat). Things You'll Need

  • 3 scoops french vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 Oreo cookies
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, optional
  • Whipped cream, optional
  • Blender

Instructions

      Break up the sandwich cookies into small chunks and set aside.

      Blend the milk and ice cream on medium speed until mixed.

      Add the cookies and blend on high until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds.
