The difference between normal worry or anxiety and it becoming a disorder is when the behaviours start ti interrupt and disturb the management of normal everyday activities. This article will show you signs to look for when someone could be exhibiting anxiety disorder. If so they must see a medical doctor for professional help.

See a doctor if the person can't stop obsessing or ruminating about the past..

See the doctor if the person fear they might harm themselves or others.

See a doctor if support form family and friends does not help the individual to notice and change his negative or destructive behaviors

experience more than one panic attack a month or having regular panic attacks
Step5
See the doctor if the person is having difficulty in sleeping, decrease appetite, shakiness, loss of memory, tight muscles, heart palpitations, poor concentration, and a feel of hopelessness and helplessness.
Step6
See the doctor if the person feel extreme fear at particular situations or when placed in front of a stimuli which causes extreme anxiety.
Step7
See the doctor if the person is nervous or anxious most of the time, particularly if the worry is attached to situations that would not make other people anxious.
