Things You’ll Need:

tape measure,level,screw gun, screw drvers drill bits, and hack saw

Step1

Measure width of opening inside of door molding and height these measurements are usually 30,32 or 36 inches in width and either 81 and 1/2 or 82-84 inches in height

Step2

First you want to determine which way you want the door to swing either to the left or right but always out ward.

Step3

Measure the height to determine if you need to cut the pieces that fasten to the molding or the wood of the opening. Make necessary cuts and install the pieces starting with the one that will hold the door and hinges

Step4

Next install top piece making necessary cuts to this also. after installing all the pieces to the opening fasten door to hinges, You may want someone to help you hold the door in place until it is fully secured.

Step5

Close the door and make all adjustments making sure door is level and has a tight fit

Step6

Install all hardware including locking mechanism and door pump there is a template provided for the installation of the handle.
