1. take off your partners clothes fast or slow
2. make the mans penis erect. this can be done by gentle stroking or by having the female suck it.
3. make the womens vagina wet
   this can be done by
   *gently stroking it just inside the lips
   *have the male like the vagina
   *use a lubricant
4. PUT A CONDOM ON!!!!!!! IMPORTANT
5. Slide the penis into the vagina. Pull the penis part way out, then slide in again (a.k.a. "thrusting"). Repeat. Start slow at first, then gradually increase speed and thrusting power. The male should read the female partner's reactions (touch, sound, sight) so he doesn't go too fast or too powerfully for her.
   You can do this from a variety of angles and positions. For starters, try the classic missionary: female on her back, legs spread apart.
6. Repeat Step 5 until the male reaches orgasm. It's possible (likely, even) that the female will not have climaxed by the time the male does. Manual or oral stimulation may be required for her to achieve orgasm. Such stimulation takes practice and is beyond the scope of this article. There's no better way to learn than by trying, though.
7. Repeat as often as needed
