How to Make Granola Apple Bars

Don't have time for breakfast? These great tasting granola bars may be just what you need for those days when you are on the go and don't have time for breakfast. Granola apple bars are a healthy snack that can be eaten anytime of the day when you need that extra boost of energy.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 1/2 cups quick rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped apples

Step1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step2
Combine all ingredients and put into a 8X8-inch baking pan and let stand for 10 minutes.
Step3
Press down on mixture and pack firmly into the pan.
Step4
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
Step5
Remove from oven and cut into bars while still warm.
