Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Slam your bedroom door closed, making sure to lock it
Step2
Put on loud, angry music at a high volume. Scream along with it
Step3
Write in your journal about how much you hate everyone. Then throw it on the floor
Step4
Lie down and stare up at the ceiling
Step5
Think about how no one understands you
