Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Hot water in your tub
  • 2 oz. sassafras bark
  • 1 oz. burdock root
  • 1 oz. mugwort
  • 1 oz. agrimony
  • 1 oz. comfrey leaf
  • 1 oz. sage
Step1
Fill your tub with hot water.
Step2
Add the above ingredients.
Step3
Soak in tub for 20 to 30 minutes to de-stress muscles and to relieve aches and pains.

  • You can find all any of the ingredients needed at your local health food store or GNC. If your local health store is out of any of the ingredients you need, most stores will be happy to order them for you.
