Help out tired, strained muscles with this basic bath recipe. Learn a great way to ease muscle tension by soaking in the tub full of the following ingredients. Pamper yourself tonight.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Hot water in your tub
  • 2 oz. sassafras bark
  • 1 oz. burdock root
  • 1 oz. mugwort
  • 1 oz. agrimony
  • 1 oz. comfrey leaf
  • 1 oz. sage
  1. Step 1

    Fill your tub with hot water.

  2. Step 2

    Add the above ingredients.

  3. Step 3

    Soak in tub for 20 to 30 minutes to de-stress muscles and to relieve aches and pains.

  • You can find all any of the ingredients needed at your local health food store or GNC. If your local health store is out of any of the ingredients you need, most stores will be happy to order them for you.
