Cut up potatoes to desired size. Dice up garlic and cut 1 inch strips of bacon.

Sautee garlic and butter first, for 1 minute.

Add bacon and potatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for about 15 minutes over medium-high heat.
Tips & Warnings
If you like bacon, this is a quicker way to eat bacon in your breakfast because it only takes 15 minutes. Cooking whole strips will take 20-30 minutes.
