Essential oils have many uses. One such use is to promote better sleep. Sleep better tonight with lavender essential oil.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Lavender essential oil
  • Handkerchief
  1. Step 1

    Add 1 to 3 drops of lavender essential oil to a handkerchief, making sure to spread the drops evenly through the handkerchief.

  2. Step 2

    Place handkerchief over face or at least near your nose.

  3. Step 3

    Breathe deeply as needed.

  4. Step 4

    Sleep better tonight!

Tips & Warnings
  • If you have a cold, you can add lemon essential oil to the hanky to soothe sore throats.
  • Just remember not to breathe the oil directly--it's strong stuff.
