Many women are subjected to menstrual cramps each month. Follow these easy steps for a way to ease the pain.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Heating pad
  • Red Raspberry Leaf Tea
  • Mug
  • Pan to boil hot water

Step1
Red Raspberry Leaf Tea Boil some hot water in a pan on your stove.
Step2
Add hot water to mug that has a Red Raspberry Leaf tea bag placed in it.
Step3
Cover mug with small plate, allow to steep for two to three minutes.
Step4
Remove plate, remove tea bag from water.
Step5
Relax with tea and a heating pad on your abdomen.

Tips & Warnings

  • Red Raspberry Leaf Tea also has antiviral properties and can be found at your local General Nutrition Center.
