It's the day after Thanksgiving, and you've got leftovers. What are you going to do with all that leftover turkey or ham? Turn them into tetrazinni! My aunt gave us this recipe years ago, and it's a great way to go from leftovers to can't waits!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 7 oz. spaghetti, cooked
  • 2 cups turkey, chicken or ham (cubed)
  • 1 4oz can of mushrooms
  • 1 cup grated cheese of your choice
  1. Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Step 2

Melt margarine in a saucepan. Stir in flour and seasonings at low heat until smooth and bubbly.

  3. Step 3

Remove from heat. Stir in chicken broth and whipping cream. Bring this mixture to a boil for one minute.

  4. Step 4

Stir in wine, mushrooms, spaghetti, and cubed meat. Simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes

  5. Step 5

Pour mixture into a long, greased casserole dish, and sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  6. Step 6

    Yummmm! Bon appetit!
