Things You'll Need:
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 2 egg whites, whipped
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 3 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. raisins
-
Step 1
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
-
Step 2
Combine pumpkin and egg whites in a large bowl.
-
Step 3
A perfect Thanksgiving treat! In a separate bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnaman, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves, oats, and raisins. Mix the ingredients together until moistened.
-
Step 4
Yum!Place cookies by the tablespoonfuls onto a prepared baking sheet. Make sure the cookies are 2" apart. The cookies may be left in round balls or flattened out with the bottom of a glass. If you leave the cookies in a ball, the baked cookie will be--you guessed it!--a ball.
-
Step 5
Low-fat AND delicious....Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
