Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

For headaches, inhale peppermint essential oil right from the bottle or put a few drops on a tissue.

  2. Step 2

If you’re feeling feverish, rub a small amount of peppermint oil on your feet.

  3. Step 3

If you’re feeling achy, use a massage oil made with oils that have warming and anti-inflammatory properties such as lavender, ginger, and German and Roman Chamomile. Blend together in a carrier oil like sweet almond oil.

  4. Step 4

Bay laurel, eucalyptus and lavender help with sniffles by boosting the immune system. Use after a hot shower, and go to bed early.
