Do you have the slight bulge around the middle which is just noticeable enough to keep you out of the pants' size you want to wear? Are you too busy to spend an hour a day at the gym using someone else's professional equipment? If you answered yes to either of these questions, there is still hope. With just five minutes a day, you can perform the following exercises which are geared toward flattening your bulging abdomen and getting you back into your clothes.

Instructions

Things You’ll Need:

  • free time
  • an able body
  • ability to follow instructions

Step1
Waist toner

Stand with your knees bent and your feet about shoulder-length apart. While keeping your back straight, clasp your hands behind your head with your elbows pointed out. Keeping your stomach muscles tight, exhale deeply and bend sideways to the left from your waist as far as you can. Return to your original position and exhale. Next repeat the procedure while bending as far as possible to the right. Return to the center and repeat the exercise for a full minute, keeping your breath regular and even.
Step2
Tummy tightner

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your right foot
on the floor. Put your left ankle on your right knee. Clasp your hand
hands behind your head and keep your elbows back. Bring your shoulders and head off the floor about four inches, using your stomach muscles
only. Hold your position to a count of 10 and then slowly lower your head back to the floor. Switch legs and repeat the procedure.
Do it two times on each side.
Step3
Sleeker sides

Lie on your back with your left ankle resting on your right thigh.
Put your right hand and shoulders from the floor and twist to the left
from your waist while counting to three. Slowly lower your head to the floor. Switch sides and repeat exercise. Do it five times on each side.
