To feed a family of 4 and have leftovers for lunch the next day, you will need:
1 4 lb bag of frozen chicken tenderloins
1 bag of Ranch potato chips crushed w/pieces
1 bag of Sour Cream & Cheddar potato chips crushed w/pieces
1 box (2 packs) Regular Chicken Shake N’ Bake
1 cup flour
1 Tablespoon each of Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Creole Seasoning, Parsley Flakes
3-4 eggs
Frying Pan or Deep Fryer
Cooking oil (Canola is low saturated fat, and works great)
How to Make Jamin' Fried Chicken
Step1
Crunch chips, combine Shake N’ Bake, Chips, flour, & spices. Place 1/2 of the mixture in separate bowl.
Step2
Dip defrosted chicken in egg, and then roll firmly into chip mixture. Add additional chip mixture as necessary for coating the remaining chicken. Make sure mixture is pressed into chicken so it is secure during cooking.
Step3
You may cook the chicken 3 ways… a. Canola or vegetable oil for deep frying until golden brown at 400 degrees b. Canola or vegetable oil for skillet frying until golden brown c. Cooking spray for baking @ 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes

Buttery Layer Biscuits Twice-baked mashed potatoes (mix everything you love on your baked potato…put in a casserole dish, sprinkle any extra ruffles on top w/cheese…bake…delicious!!) Sweet Corn Hot Buttered Carrots
Tips & Warnings
Make sure chicken is thawed prior to dipping & frying. Yhe outside will be done, but the inside could be pink.
Be sure to press the chip mixture into the chicken so it sticks well during frying.
When frying, use a fork (minimal touching) to flip the chicken.
Wait at least 7 minutes before flipping chicken the first time.
Always be careful when frying foods. Grease is hot and dangerous.
This recipe is addictive to your friends. You might end up having "extra family" on Jamin' Fried Chicken Night!
