Drink plenty of water. Your skin won’t dry out as quickly if you aren’t dehydrated.

Boil water to keep moisture in the air. Your heating system can make your home very dry. Boiling water will put moisture back into the air, thus keeping your skin from drying out.

Use a humidifier to put moisture in the air. Much like boiling water, this will put much needed moisture back into the air. Do this at night when you can’t boil water.
