Step1
Don’t get up as early as you usually do. Sleep in, rest, relax and actually listen to the quiet sounds of the morning before you move.
Step2
Eat a real breakfast, no coffee and doughnuts. Fix something healthy and tasteful. As the most important meal of the day, breakfast provides us with the energy we need to do the things we want.
Step3
Dress up a little. Wear that favorite sweater. Fix your hair in a nice style. Don’t forget to spray on some nice-smelling cologne or perfume.
Step4
Plan on spending some quality time with someone you love. Actually talk to the person and share some real emotions and some real conversations.
