Buffet restaurants are scattered all across Orlando, a place to enjoy a smörgåsbord of food and drinks from all over the world. From authentic Indian fare to sushi platters, there's something for all tastes, well beyond the theme parks. The best part is, you don't need to spend a lot of money to enjoy it! When you're ready for a break from Disney and Universal Studios, here's how to enjoy the best of buffet dining on a budget in Orlando.

    Enjoy a lobster buffet at Angel's Lobster & Seafood Buffet. This popular seafood and steak restaurant features fresh lobster and prime rib steaks every day. You can also sample dozens of sushi combinations and platters of scallops, crab, and other seafood dishes. It's located at 7300 W. Irlo Bronson Highway in Kissimmee; call (407) 397-1960 for more information.

  2. Step 2

    Eat pizza at Cici's Pizza. This popular pizza spot features 16 different types of pizza each day, along with never-ending sides of pasta salad, breadsticks, fresh salad and even dessert. There are four locations around Orlando; visit the website to track down the nearest restaurant in your area.

    Eat a healthy buffet at Sweet Tomatoes. The restaurant is a chain that features a giant salad and soup bar, along with a bakery for a few sweet treats. Choose from tasty salads and sides for a healthy buffet meal. You'll find the largest location at 6877 S. Kirkman Road; call (407) 363-1616 for the soup of the day.

    Enjoy a Southern meal at Golden Corral. This popular place fills up daily and nightly to offer quality dishes and menu items. Each night is a different theme, and there's plenty to choose from at the salad and dessert station as well.     Indulge in a seafood feast at Boston Lobster feast. The buffet here is located inside a stadium-sized seafood house, and you'll find plenty of choices including fried fish and seafood platters. Tips & Warnings
  • Reservations aren't generally needed for most buffet restaurants.
  • Dinner buffets are usually most crowded between 6-8 p.m., so plan around that time when you can.
