Things You'll Need:
- 2 raw green mangoes (chopped)
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 tsp. coriander seeds
- 2 red chilies (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp. fresh mint or cilantro (coriander) leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp. oil
- Salt

Step 1
Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Step 2
Roast the cumin, coriander seeds and chilies for a few minutes.

Step 3
Remove and place in a blender with mangoes, salt, mint and/or cilantro, and about a tbsp. of water.

Step 4
Grind to a smooth paste and place in refrigerator to cool.
