Be sure to start off with the simplest of commands, and reward your puppy for everything she does right. By avoiding punishing your puppy during this process you will be building a relationship between you and your puppy based on trust and mutual respect. This is very important when learning how to train a puppy because under these conditions you'll find your puppy really enjoys her sessions which will improve her learning speed and boost her confidence immensely.
Always remember that your puppy is a puppy! Learning how to train a puppy will be frustrating at times, she's bound to make mistakes every now and then and it's your responsibility to be patient and tolerant when she does. These are your puppy's foundation phases and you are essentially molding her into the dog she's going to grow up to be!
