Step 1
Swap your bath towels for fresh, matching ones right before the party. Nobody wants to wipe their hands on your bath towels; and you don't want to be using something that everyone's wiped their hands on, either!
-
Step 2
Make sure that your toilet and sink are sparkling. There's something just a little bit gross about eating dinner in a house with a very dirty bathroom. It also lets guests know that you didn't skip out on the preparations for this party!
-
Step 3
Either put out a fresh bar of soap for guests or a bottle of soap that has enough in it to last the evening. Use the bar of soap at least once before guests come, though, or whomever is lucky enough to use your bathroom first will feel guilty about ruining that pretty heart shaped bar!
-
Step 4
Keep your bathroom smelling good with air fresheners or toilet drops. Make sure that they're visible and welcoming for people to use.
-
Step 5
Flowers are always a great way to spruce up your bathroom for guests. It's unexpected luxury in--well, not the most luxurious of places.
-
Step 6
Another great addition is a candle. Make sure that it's in a place where it won't tip over. Make sure that they're not too near to towels or flowers! It will keep your bathroom smelling clean and add an element of ambiance that will make guests feel like they're having a moment of peace.

on 3/5/2008 Instead of having cloth towels for guests to wipe their hands on provide high quality paper towels or napkins for them to use and throw away. You can get them monogrammed if you order them in advance from www.embreypapers.com.
